PhenoVue™ anti-HSP60 antibody is a monoclonal unconjugated anti-HSP60 antibody which is part of the PhenoVue Multi Organelle Staining Kit. It specifically recognizes HSP60 protein (Heat Shock Protein 60), which is predominantly localized in mitochondria, and is routinely used as a mitochondrial compartment marker.
PhenoVue anti-HSP60 antibody is validated for use in imaging and high-content analysis applications.

PhenoVue anti-HSP60 antibody is an unconjugated monoclonal mouse anti- HSP60 antibody (IgG1) and is part of the PhenoVue Multi Organelle Staining Kit. It specifically recognizes human HSP60 protein from human, mouse and rat species. The mammalian molecular chaperone, HSP60 (Heat Shock Protein 60), is predominantly localized in mitochondria where it plays an essential role in protein homeostasis by assisting protein folding and assembly. Anti-HSP60 antibody is commonly used as a mitochondrial marker.
PhenoVue anti-HSP60 antibody is validated for use in imaging and high-content analysis applications.
