This cell lysate provides a way to validate the phospho-SHP1 (Tyr564) assay. As a positive control, it enables researchers to avoid any detection issues when running the assay.
The lysate was made using lysis buffer 4 (64KL4FDF) from Jurkat cells treated with Pervanadate 1mM for 30 minutes.
