This cell lysate provides a way to validate the phospho-MKK4 (Ser257) assay. As a positive control, it will enable researchers to avoid any detection issues when running the assay. The lysate was made using lysis buffer 1 (64KL1FDF) from Sorbitol stimulated HEK293 cells (1 M-30 min).
