Overview

The AAV DNA Analysis LabChip is one consumable for the LabChip AAV DN DNA analysis. It allows measurement of Adeno-associated virus (AAV) vector DNA samples with minimal sample volume equal to 20 µL using a simple workflow and fast electrophoresis run time of ~1 minute per sample. AAV DNA electropherogram data for empty/full measurement and software analysis are collected using the AAV Empty-Full Assay.

Analyzing AAV DNA samples using Revvity’s microfluidic chips including the AAV DNA Analysis Chip on the LabChip systems saves time and money by automating steps for analyzing size and purity and replaces agarose slab gels and traditional capillary electrophoresis.

The AAV DNA Analysis Chip can be used to analyze up to 400 samples. The AAV DNA Analysis Chip can only be used with the LabChip GXII Touch HT System.

Note: The HT chips are not compatible with LabChip GX Touch/GXII Touch 24 instruments. The LabChip Software version 1.15 and LabChip Reviewer Software version 5.13 or higher are needed for AAV Empty/Full Analysis.

AAV DN DNA reagent kit (P/N CLS159488) associated with this chip is sold separately.
