ULight™ labeled anti-FLAG antibodies for LANCE® TR-FRET assays. The anti-FLAG antibody is a purified mouse IgG2a monoclonal antibody (clone 29E4.G7.H11). The antibody is know to recognize C-terminal and N-terminal FLAG-tagged proteins.

LANCE TR-FRET toolbox reagents are intended for setting up homogeneous time-resolved fluorescence resonance energy transfer (TR-FRET) based assays using Eu-chelate label as a donor fluorophore with either ULight™ dye- or APC-labeled reagent as an acceptor fluorophore.
