Overview

twinlite™ is a dispense-and-read ultra-high sensitivity dual luciferase reporter gene assay system for the
quantitation of Firefly and Renilla luciferase expression in mammalian cells. This luciferase reporter gene assay
was designed to provide maximum signal intensity for assays requiring the most sensitivity and is suitable for use
in a tube or 96- and 384-well microplate format.

This dual luciferase assay kit is ideal for:

  • Research activities in the gene transcription regulation, miRNA, signal transduction and viral replications
areas, where maximum sensitivity is needed
  • High throughput assays employing continuous processing methodology

twinlite benefits:

  • Very high assay sensitivity
  • Designed for use with luminometers equipped with dispensers
  • Suitable for use 96- and 384-well microplates readers as well as for tube-based luminometers
  • Ideal for smaller-scale sample analysis when maximum sensitivity is needed
  • Odor free
  • Exceptional stability of the reagents even after reconstitution

As with all members of our Lites suite of luciferase detection reagents, twinlite offers superior performance in an
easy-to-use format, providing the following benefits:

  • Convenient Two-successive-Steps Processing: After cell lysis, simply dispense and read immediately
  • No DTT: Unlike most luciferase detection reagents, lites products do not contain DTT, eliminating toxic hazards
and the need for hood work
  • Excellent Z' Values: All lites products offer robust, sensitive performance, with high signal-to-background
    ratios and excellent Z'values
