
The Cellaca™ PLX is a high-throughput image cytometer for cell analysis workflows, delivering fast cell counts (up to 24 samples in <5 mins), concentration, and viability readouts. Additionally, the Cellaca PLX can detect surface markers, apoptotic markers, and transduction and transfection efficiency – all at the lab bench.
The Cellaca PLX image cytometer provides versatile cell analysis ranging from simple cell counts, concentration, and viability readouts, to more complex multiplexed assays, all using only 15-50 µL of sample. The sensitivity of the system allows for the analysis of up to 24 samples using dual fluorescence and brightfield imaging in under 5 minutes, and single sample multiplexing with four channels in 1 minute.
Multiplex panels for immunophenotyping, apoptosis, and fluorescent protein expression shorten the time to downstream processing with Cellaca PLX low fluorescence slides, dedicated reagents, built-in assays, and configurable data reports. The Cellaca PLX features user friendly software, automation compatibility, and is 21 CFR Part 11 ready. Low auto-fluorescent consumables
Cellaca PLX consumable slides provide a safe and self-contained environment for the sample which then does not require a decontamination procedure of the instrument at the end of each run. The slide holder, which is included with the instrument, can accommodate 4 slides or 8 samples per experimental run.
