PhenoVue Fluor 555 - goat anti-mouse IgG (H+L) antibody, cross-adsorbed, is affinity purified and recognizes IgG1, IgG2a, IgG2b and IgG3 isotypes.
It can be used in indirect immunofluorescence, immunohistochemistry and flow cytometry, as well as high-content analysis and screening applications.
PhenoVue Fluor 555 - goat anti-mouse IgG (H+L) antibody, cross-adsorbed, may display cross-reactivity with other species such as rat or hamster. For improved specificity and lower background, or in multiplexed applications, consider using highly cross-adsorbed PhenoVue Fluor conjugated secondary antibodies as an alternative.
