The positive control lysate is prepared from HeLa cells, cultured to confluence in T175 flasks in 10% FBS containing medium, then treated consecutively with 0.6 M Sorbitol and 200 ng/mL Interferon-gamma for 20 minutes (independent treatments) and lysed in 6 mL of 1X SureFire Ultra Lysis buffer.
