DELFIA Eu-labeled Goat Anti-HRP Toolbox Kit, ELISA Conversion, (1 x 96-well; AreaPlate)

DELFIA® Toolbox kits allow you to build your own DELFIA time-resolved fluorescence (TRF) assay using your preferred antibody against the analyte of interest. Painlessly switch your traditional ELISA to one with a wider dynamic range, higher sensitivity, and great signal stability. This kit contains all necessary reagents to perform a sandwiching immunoassay using DELFIA Europium-labeled goat anti-HRP antibody for detection.

For research use only. Not for use in diagnostic procedures. All products to be used in accordance with applicable laws and regulations including without limitation, consumption and disposal requirements under European REACH regulations (EC 1907/2006).

Overview

Build your own assay for quantitative detection of target analyte in cell lysate, cell supernatant, tissue extract, serum, plasma, blood, and other sample types using DELFIA time-resolved fluorescence wash-based technology. DELFIA (Dissociation-enhanced lanthanide fluorescence immunoassay) TRF (time-resolved fluorescence) technology is a highly-sensitive wash-based immunoassay platform which utilizes a lanthanide chelate to reduce background and improve assay dynamic range. DELFIA offers significant advantages over traditional ELISA, while keeping a similar workflow:

  • High sensitivity
  • Wide dynamic range
  • Superior stability
  • Proven technology

DELFIA Toolbox Kits allow you to build your own DELFIA assay using your preferred antibody against the analyte of interest, bringing you the ability to painlessly switch your traditional ELISA to one with a wider dynamic range, higher sensitivity and great signal stability. These kits contain:

  • DELFIA Europium-labeled anti-HRP
  • DELFIA Wash Concentrate
  • DELFIA Assay Buffer
  • DELFIA Enhancement Solution
  • DTPA Purified BSA (7.5%)
  • 96-well Stripwell Plates or ½AreaPlates (high bind for direct coating of antibody)
