This kit contains all necessary reagents to perform a sandwiching immunoassay using DELFIA Europium-labeled goat anti-HRP antibody for detection.

Overview
Build your own assay for quantitative detection of target analyte in cell lysate, cell supernatant, tissue extract, serum, plasma, blood, and other sample types using DELFIA time-resolved fluorescence wash-based technology. DELFIA (Dissociation-enhanced lanthanide fluorescence immunoassay) TRF (time-resolved fluorescence) technology is a highly-sensitive wash-based immunoassay platform which utilizes a lanthanide chelate to reduce background and improve assay dynamic range. DELFIA offers significant advantages over traditional ELISA, while keeping a similar workflow:
