Overview

Britelite™ plus is a homogeneous, ultra-high sensitivity luciferase reporter gene assay system quantitation of
firefly luciferase expression in mammalian cells. britelite reporter assay was designed to provide maximum signal
intensity assays requiring utmost sensitivity, and is suitable use in a 96-, 384-, or 1536-well microplate format.

With a signal half-life of 30 minutes, our britelite reporter gene assay is ideal for:

  • Smaller scale sample analysis where maximum sensitivity is needed
  • High throughput assays employing continuous processing methodology
