Overview

AlphaPlex-545 (Terbium) Acceptor beads conjugated to anti-mouse IgG antibody. These beads are used to capture mouse IgG antibodies (targeting the Fc region), and can be used in conjunction with Alpha Donor beads to create no-wash assays for:

  • Analyte detection
  • Biomarker detection
  • Antibody detection
  • Antibody binding
  • Protein-protein interactions
  • Other immunoassays

AlphaPlex Acceptor beads are intended to be used in multiplexing assays, in conjunction with AlphaLISA Acceptor beads and Alpha Donor beads. In a typical Alpha assay:

  • 250 µg of Acceptor beads is sufficient to run 250-500 wells using a 50 µL reaction volume
  • 1 mg of Acceptor beads is sufficient to run 1,000-2,000 wells using a 50 µL reaction volume
  • 5 mg of Acceptor beads is sufficient to run 5,000-10,000 wells using a 50 µL reaction volume
