Extra control lysate for the AlphaLISA SureFire Ultra phospho-VEGFR2 (Tyr1214) assay. This control is already provided in the AlphaLISA SureFire Ultra phospho-VEGFR2 assay kit, but can also be ordered separately.

Overview
This control lysate is intended for use with the AlphaLISA SureFire Ultra phospho-VEGFR2 (Tyr1214) assay kit, or for use as a control for those running orthogonal or secondary assays along with the SureFire assay. To prepare the lysate, HUVEC cells were cultured to confluence in T175 flasks in 2% FBS medium, starved for 2 hours, then treated with 100 ng/mL rhVEGF for 5 minutes and lysed in 4 mL of 1X SureFire Ultra Lysis buffer.
