Extra control lysates for the AlphaLISA® SureFire® Ultra™ total p38 MAPK assay.

The positive control lysate is prepared from HeLa cells, cultured to confluence in T175 flasks in 10% FBS containing medium for 3 days, then treated with anisomycin (2 µg/mL) for 15 min and lysed in 8 mL of 1X SureFire Ultra Lysis buffer.
