This control lysate is intended for use with the AlphaLISA SureFire Ultra Human and Mouse Phospho-SQSTM1 p62 (Ser351) Detection Kit or for use as a control for those running orthogonal or secondary assays along with the SureFire assay. To prepare the lysate, HeLa cells were cultured to confluence in T175 flasks in 10% FBS containing medium, then treated with 1 μM Okadaic acid for 2 hours and lysed in 5 mL of 1X SureFire Ultra Lysis Buffer.
