This control lysate is intended for use with the AlphaLISA SureFire Ultra phospho-SMAD3 (Ser423/425) assay kit, or for use as a control for those running orthogonal or secondary assays along with the SureFire assay. This control lysate was prepared from RAW 264.7 cells, cultured to confluence in T175 flasks in 10% FBS containing medium for 3 days, then treated with rhTGFβ (10 ng/mL) for 90 min and lysed in 6 mL of 1X SureFire Ultra Lysis buffer.
