Overview
This control lysate is intended for use with the AlphaLISA SureFire Ultra Human Total SHP2 Detection Kit or for use as a control for those running orthogonal or secondary assays along with the SureFire assay. To prepare the lysate, HeLa cells were cultured to confluence in T175 flasks in 10% FBS containing medium, treated with 2.5 mM Pervanadate for 45 minutes and lysed with 10 mL of Lysis Buffer.
