This control lysate is intended for use with the AlphaLISA SureFire Ultra Phospho-PDGF Receptor β (Tyr751) Detection Kit or for use as a control for those running orthogonal or secondary assays along with the SureFire assay. The lysate is prepared from NIH/3T3 cells, cultured to 80-90% confluence in T175 flasks in 10% FBS containing medium, medium removed and then treated with 50 ng/mL PDGF-BB for 5 minutes and lysed in 5 mL of 1X SureFire Ultra Lysis Buffer.
