Overview

Positive Control Lysate is prepared from HeLa cells, cultured to confluence in T-175 flasks in 10% FBS containing medium, then treated with 50 ng/mL TNFα plus 20 ng/mL Calyculin A for 10 minutes and lysed in 10 mL of 1X SureFire Ultra Lysis buffer.
