This control lysate is intended for use with the AlphaLISA SureFire Ultra Total IRF3 Assay Kit, or for use as a control for those running orthogonal or secondary assays along with the SureFire assay. To prepare the lysate, A431 cells were cultured to confluence in T175 flasks in 10% FBS containing medium, then treated with 200 μg/mL poly (I:C) for 2 hours and lysed in 10 mL of 1X SureFire Ultra Lysis Buffer.
