This control lysate is intended for use with the AlphaLISA SureFire Ultra Human p-IRAK4 (Thr345/Ser346) Detection Kit or for use as a control for those running orthogonal or secondary assays along with the SureFire assay. To prepare the lysate, Karpas299 cells were seeded at 200K/mL and grown for two days in 100 mL of 10% FBS containing medium. Cells were harvested and washed in HBSS + 0.1% BSA, adjusted to 4 X 106 cells/mL and then treated with 10 ng/mL IL-1β for 10 minutes. Cells were spun down at 1000 g for 5 mins and lysed in 10 mL of SureFire Ultra Lysis Buffer.
