This control lysate is intended for use with the AlphaLISA SureFire Ultra Human FLT3 Total Detection Kit or for use as a control for those running orthogonal or secondary assays along with the SureFire assay. The lysate is prepared from THP1 cells washed and resuspended in HBSS + 0.1% BSA at 10 x 106 cells/mL, treated with 500 ng/mL FLT3L for 15 minutes and lysed with SureFire Ultra Lysis Buffer at a final density of 4 x 106 cells/mL.
