Extra control lysate for the AlphaLISA™ SureFire® Ultra™ Phospho-FGF Receptor 2 (Tyr653/654) assay. This control is already provided in the AlphaLISA SureFire Ultra Phospho-FGF Receptor 2 (Tyr653/654) assay kit, but can also be ordered separately.
This control lysate is intended for use with the AlphaLISA SureFire Ultra Phospho-FGF Receptor 2 (Tyr653/654) Detection Kit or for use as a control for those running orthogonal or secondary assays along with the SureFire assay. To prepare the lysate AN3-CA cells were cultured to confluence in T175 flasks in 10% FBS containing medium, then treated with 0.5 mM Pervanadate for 10 minutes, and lysed in 5 mL 1X SureFire Ultra Lysis Buffer.
