Extra control lysate for the AlphaLISA^® SureFire^® Ultra™ Total CDK2 assay. This control is already provided in the AlphaLISA SureFire Ultra Total CDK2 assay kit, but can also be ordered separately.

Overview

This control lysate is intended for use with the AlphaLISA SureFire Ultra Total CDK2 Detection Kit or for use as a control for those running orthogonal or secondary assays along with the SureFire assay. The lysate is prepared from HeLa cells, cultured to 90% confluence in T175 flasks in 10% FBS containing medium, then lysed in 5ml 1X SureFire Ultra Lysis Buffer.
