This control lysate is intended for use with the AlphaLISA SureFire UltraHuman and Mouse p-CDK2 (Thr160) Detection Kit or for use as a control for those running orthogonal or secondary assays along with the SureFire assay. To prepare the lysate, HeLa cells were cultured to 90% confluence in T175 flasks in 10% FBS containing medium at 37°C, then lysed in 5 mL SureFire Ultra Lysis Buffer.
