The AlphaLISA™ SureFire® Ultra™ Human Total CDC6 assay is a sandwich immunoassay for quantitative detection of total CDC6 in cellular lysates using Alpha Technology.
Cell division cycle 6 (CDC6) is an essential licensing factor in eukaryotic cells for DNA replication during G1 phase and S phase. CDC6 is known for its assembly of pre-replicative complexes at origins of replication during G1 phase, making it a key player in DNA replication. Numerous studies have shown that abnormal CDC6 expression is involved in oncogenic activities.
The AlphaLISA SureFire Human Total CDC6 Detection Kit is a sandwich immunoassay for the quantitative detection of total CDC6 in cellular lysates, using Alpha Technology.
