The AlphaLISA® SureFire® Ultra™ Human Phospho-CDC6 (Ser106) assay is a sandwich immunoassay for quantitative detection of phospho-CDC6 (Ser106) in cellular lysates using Alpha Technology.
For research use only. Not for use in diagnostic procedures. All products to be used in accordance with applicable laws and regulations including without limitation, consumption & disposal requirements under European REACH regulations (EC 1907/2006).
Cell division cycle 6 (CDC6) is an essential licensing factor in eukaryotic cells for DNA replication during G1 phase and S phase. CDC6 is known for its assembly of pre-replicative complexes at origins of replication during G1 phase, making it a key player in DNA replication. Numerous studies have shown that abnormal CDC6 expression is involved in oncogenic activities.
The AlphaLISA SureFire Human Phospho-CDC6 (Ser106) Detection Kit is a sandwich immunoassay for the quantitative detection of phospho-CDC6 (Ser106) in cellular lysates, using Alpha Technology.
