Product information
Overview
This control lysate is intended for use with the AlphaLISA SureFire Ultra Human and Mouse BRD9 Total Detection Kit or for use as a control for those running orthogonal or secondary assays along with the SureFire assay. The lysate is prepared from U937 cells, seeded at 600K/mL and grown overnight in T175 in 100 mL of 10% FBS containing medium. Cells were harvested, washed with HBSS and lysed in 10 mL of SureFire Ultra Lysis Buffer.
