The AlphaLISA® SureFire® Ultra™ Human Phospho-Aurora A (Thr288) assay is a sandwich immunoassay for quantitative detection of phospho-Aurora A (Thr288) in cellular lysates using Alpha Technology.
For research use only. Not for use in diagnostic procedures. All products to be used in accordance with applicable laws and regulations including without limitation, consumption & disposal requirements under European REACH regulations (EC 1907/2006).
Aurora A, also known as Aurora Kinase A and serine/threonine-protein kinase 6, is an enzyme encoded by the AURKA gene. It is implicated in key processes occurring during mitosis and meiosis, regulating cell division by controlling centrosome biology and spindle assembly. Dysregulation of Aurora A is associated with a high occurrence of cancer.
The AlphaLISA SureFire Human Phospho-Aurora A (Thr288) Detection Kit is a sandwich immunoassay for the quantitative detection of phospho-Aurora A (Thr288) in cellular lysates, using Alpha Technology.
