This control lysate is intended for use with the AlphaLISA SureFire Ultra phospho-acetyl CoA carboxylase (Ser79) assay kit, or for use as a control for those running orthogonal or secondary assays along with the SureFire assay. To prepare the lysate, T175 Flasks of confluent HEK293 cells were stimulated with 11 mM H2O2 for 10 minutes and lysed with 5 mL of 1X Lysis buffer.
