While patient-derived reference materials are variable and perishable, Revvity Mimix reference standards provide a reliable source of consistent control material with patient-like performance. Our human male gDNA is sourced from a single controlled cell line, ensuring uniform results across various molecular testing platforms. Manufactured under ISO 9001 and ISO 13485, this cell line-derived reference material provides a reliable foundation for monitoring and verifying your research and diagnostic workflows.
Batch-specific supplementary NGS data
This Revvity Mimix reference standard comes with a batch specific supplementary NGS data. You can access the VCF file here. WGS for each batch was performed on Illumina platform and the generated ~30x data was analyzed using Illumina DRAGEN Germline Pipeline for mapping, sorting, and variant calling. Please note that the reads were aligned to GRCh38/hg38.
