Cellular Imaging & Analysis

Make discoveries faster with cellular imaging

With over two decades of experience in this field, Revvity provides a portfolio of cellular imaging products - high-content imaging instruments, image analysis software, image cytometry systems, fluorescent probes, microplates, and automation - to help you answer complex biological questions and progress faster.

High content screening (HCS) combines high-throughput automated imaging and analysis to extract quantitative multi-parametric data at the single-cell level providing a greater depth of understanding of the biology being studied.  HCS is a complementary drug discovery approach to high-throughput screening (HTS) and functional genomic screening (FGS) and is established across many disease research programs as an unbiased imaging method to quantify phenotypic changes to individual cells at scale.

High-content screening provides a smarter route to discovery:

  • Explore models of disease within physiologically relevant environments.
  • Identify genes required for a specific cellular process.
  • Discover predictive biomarkers.
  • Flag toxicity effects early.

Image cytometry provides a fast and efficient way to count cells, assess cell health and viability, perform immunophenotyping, and routine cell imaging assays that don’t require sub-cellular resolution.
