Revvity’s high-throughput cell counting plates are specifically designed for use with Cellaca high-throughput cell counters and Celigo image cytometers.
The plates enable 24 cell counts per plate and have the standard 96-well microplate SBS footprint for automation compatibility.
The plates are made to exacting standards with rigorous testing and validation and low plate-to-plate variability.
When used on the Cellaca platform:
- up to 24 samples can be counted in 48 seconds using Trypan blue staining
- up to 24 samples can be counted in under 3 minutes using AOPI staining solution
- cell-based assays such as apoptosis, mitochondrial membrane potential, protein expression (including GFP and RFP) and reactive oxygen species (ROS) can be performed.
High-throughput counting plates are available with counting wells arranged in either a 12 x 2-well or 3 x 8-well format.
