pDNA typically exists in one of three isoforms: supercoiled, linear, or open circular. The preferred isoform varies based on its intended application. The electropherogram (Figure 1) shows the separation of the supercoiled, linear, and open circular pDNA. The LabChip pDNA Assay provides a complete solution for your plasmid DNA analysis with clear isoform identification and impurity detection down to 25 pg/uL.
