All these traces are obtained with electrophoresis run time of <2 minute per sample. Each chip can be used to analyze up to 250 samples and can be used with the LabChip GXII Touch HT Characterization System.
Note: The HT chips are not compatible with GX Touch/GXII Touch 24 instruments. The LabChip Software version 1.13 and LabChip Reviewer Software version 5.11 or higher are needed for AAV Empty/Full Analysis

The LabChip AAV Pico Protein Analysis Assay automates AAV Empty/Full determination when used in combination with the LabChip AAV DNA Analysis Assay. The software includes data analysis for AAV Empty/Full determination using referencing measurements to an AAV standard (sold separately). AAV Empty/Full calculation can be obtained on AAV samples of concentration 1E12 VP/mL in phosphate saline formulation buffers. For this, the following items can also be combined:
