Binding Assays
A receptor ligand binding assay allows for the study and simple imaging of cell surface receptors for research and diagnostic applications. Receptor ligand binding is used in drug development applications to identify blocking antibodies or inhibitors that can modulate downstream signaling events, and is often used to screen for drugs that target hormone and neurotransmitter activity. We offer a range of tools for receptor ligand binding assays including radioligands, receptor-transfected cell membranes, and cell lines. Products available support both agonist and antagonist assays.
Our offerings include assays for:
- Tyrosine kinase receptors
- G-protein coupled receptors (GPCR)
- Drug discovery and development
- Ion channels
- Protein analysis, detection, and interaction
Our collection of receptor ligand binding related assays includes fluorescence, LANCE® and DELFIA® time-resolved fluorescence, Alpha chemiluminescent assays, lites luminescence assays, Tag-lite® and radiometric detection methods. Simplify the development of your assays and the calculation of your results using our radioligands, receptor-transfected cell membranes, and cell lines for receptor ligand binding applications.
